Learn how to configure auto scrolling for your Ultimate Grid Inventory and use gizmos for better setup.
Understanding Grid Auto Scrolling
Ultimate Grid Inventory features auto scrolling, which allows the scroll area to automatically scroll when you drag an item over it, eliminating the need to manually scroll with your mouse wheel.
The auto scroll settings can be customized in the Inventory Settings SO. You can adjust the padding between the edges of the scroll area and control the scrolling speed.

Using Gizmos for Better Configuration
To better understand the padding for auto scrolling, you can use the gizmo helper. Follow these steps to enable and use gizmos:
Select the Scroll Area you want to debug.

With the GameObject selected, scroll down to the Scroll Rect Interact component.

In the Scroll Rect Interact component, locate the Debug Editor section. Enable the Enable Gizmos property to start seeing debug gizmos around your scroll area.

Explaining the Gizmos
- Green Dotted Line: Represents the area of the scroll.
- Red Dotted Line: Indicates the padding. Increasing the
Hold Scroll Paddingproperty will move this line further from the edges of the scroll area, enlarging the padding area for auto scrolling.
